Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Adams objected. Senator Duncan called the Senate. President Halford stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(L&C)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 342(STA) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 342(L&C)? Effective Date YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 1994-05-06 Senate Journal Page 4413 SB 342 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(STA) "An Act relating to risk based capital for insurers; and providing for an effective date." Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(STA) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
